Fully Remote Medical Staffing Client Manager
About the position
Responsibilities
• Identify and engage with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other organizations as potential clients for staffing services.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base within the healthcare sector.
• Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
• Oversee and ensure the satisfaction of existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial terms for the company and clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in sales, preferably B2B
• Experience in healthcare staffing is highly preferred but not required.
