Recruiting Contractor
We’re experiencing a surge in active searches, especially for legal and sales roles, and need help building candidate pipelines and managing outreach. You’ll play a key role in helping our recruiters stay ahead of the curve by providing targeted research support and occasional scheduling assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct targeted research and sourcing to build pipelines for legal and SaaS commercial roles.
• Proactively identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates via LinkedIn and sourcing tools.
• Assist with candidate scheduling: coordinate phone screens, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accuracy and update activity logs in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Provide insight into talent market trends and candidate availability - help us stay ahead.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2-5 years of experience in an in-house recruiting role or agency position
• Skilled in candidate sourcing or recruiting research, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Experience with legal hiring (attorneys, compliance, commercial) and/or SaaS commercial roles (sales, business development, revenue operations).
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent written communication - clear, compelling outreach that resonates.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple priorities with precision.
• Collaborative and responsive - ready to support the recruiting team when it matters most.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Compensation: $50-60/hour as a 1099 contractor
