Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to play a pivotal role in our large-scale HR Transformation project. The primary focus of this role will be to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module, specifically migrating from a legacy PeopleSoft HCM system.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SF EC, a proven track record in end-to-end implementation and migration projects, and strong leadership skills to guide clients and teams through this complex transition.

Key Responsibilities

      • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, from blueprinting and design to configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-production support.
      • Analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes, identify gaps, and design optimal, streamlined processes in SuccessFactors EC.
      • Architect and lead the data migration strategy from PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
      • Configure SAP SuccessFactors EC Core including Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, and Time Off.
      • Integrate SAP SF EC with other SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS) and third-party systems (Finance, Payroll, ITSM tools).
      • Provide expertise on supporting tools and ecosystems including:
      • SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for extension and integration scenarios.
      • CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) for building and monitoring integration flows.
      • Report Center and Advanced Reporting (including Tile and Canvas Reports).
      • People Analytics (preferred).
      • Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level consultants, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.
      • Act as the primary functional expert and trusted advisor to the client, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring the solution meets business requirements.
      • Prepare key project deliverables: Business Blueprint documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and cut-over plans.

Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory:

      • 10+ years of overall experience in HR technology domain with a minimum of 4+ years hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
      • Must have led at least 2 end-to-end full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations, with at least one involving a migration from PeopleSoft HCM.
      • In-depth, hands-on configuration expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC Core.
      • Proven experience in data migration from PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors (including deep understanding of PeopleSoft data models, PSoft queries, and SF data models).
      • Strong knowledge of integration technologies, particularly with SAP CPI.
      • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

    • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly desirable.
    • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, PMGM).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
