About the position
Responsibilities
• Assist pharmacies with troubleshooting software issues and maximizing their experience with the company's systems.
• Handle inbound support calls from pharmacies, addressing technical or account-related questions.
• Proactively reach out to pharmacies to check in and ensure they have ongoing support.
Requirements
• Minimum 1+ years of pharmacy experience required.
• ND State Pharmacy Technician License is mandatory.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital platforms is essential.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary software systems and troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant speaking voice.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
Nice-to-haves
• Previous remote work experience is preferred.
• A home office or quiet workspace with no interruptions is ideal.
