Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing inbound and outbound support via an omnichannel approach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries
  • Offering creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers
  • Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships
  • Using computerized systems to identify customer needs, track contacts, and troubleshoot issues
  • Communicating with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
  • Initiating outbound customer service calls for various campaigns
  • Providing support to technicians via incoming calls

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
  • The ability to type 25 wpm (preferred)
  • A personal computer and the ability to use it effectively
  • A successful pre-employment background screen
