Remote Data Entry Assistant (Deaf and/or Non-Verbal Candidates Encouraged to Apply)
We are actively seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals for a Remote Data Entry Assistant (Deaf and/or Non-Verbal Candidates Encouraged to Apply) position, with a focus on providing an inclusive and supportive work environment for candidates who are deaf and/or non-verbal. Communication will be fully accessible via written channels (chat, email, task management tools), and we welcome applicants who are fluent in written English and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases
• Organize and sort digital files, records, and documentation
• Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Follow written instructions and meet daily/weekly productivity targets
• Communicate with the team via email, chat platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams), or project tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
• Backup digital files and assist in maintaining organized cloud storage
• Carry out any additional written or document-based tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Tools:
• Strong typing and data entry skills (Speed and accuracy)
• Proficiency in software such as:
– Google Docs, Sheets
– Microsoft Excel, Word
– OCR tools (e.g., Tesseract, FreeOCR, Omnipage)
– Document management tools (e.g., Docufree, Maestro)
• Ability to follow written instructions precisely
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfort with remote communication and collaboration tools

Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written English communication
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer
