Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a data expert on a balanced team engaged in key CX initiatives, providing analytical expertise and recommendations to drive business decisions
- Combine business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to develop sound recommendations and solutions
- Conduct continuous discovery and data exploration to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries, dashboards, and reports to track customer experiences, sentiment, and behavior
- Design and implement a reporting framework, establish reporting standards and best practices, and oversee data mining efforts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements, develop programs and methodologies for analyzing and presenting data, and provide data analysis and insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and analytical tools to support customer experience initiatives
- Prepare data load scripts, perform data cleansing and validation, and ensure data quality and integrity
- Provide ad-hoc analytics support and respond to business questions and requests
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization
- Proven experience working with large datasets, advanced analytics techniques, and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong understanding of database concepts, data structures, and data management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in data management, process analysis, and improvement
- Experience working with customer experience data, including customer feedback, sentiment analysis, and behavioral data
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and user experience design principles
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Certifications in data analysis, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
