Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk with Aetna, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry processes. You will work closely with our team to triage customer service requests, perform data entry tasks, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Triage customer service requests by office, urgency, and data/reaction required
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring high-quality data
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and issues

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Assist with verifying and confirming prescription information
- Furnish pharmacy staff with information regarding allergies, medication interactions, and other relevant data
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
