About the Role: Customer Service Analyst - American Express Online Jobs $25/Hour

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Analyst to join our team. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely fulfillment of trader demands related to KYC and Banking Updates/Maintenance on existing vendor accounts/new account set-ups, payments research, and account reconciliation. This is a remote work opportunity with a competitive salary of $25-$40/hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to and from Financial Institutions, Traders, and internal clients, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Review, analyze, and process trader demands from simple to complex, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  • Evaluate, understand, and apply data from business and regulatory reports, such as Articles of Inc., License to operate, Bank Statements, Insurance Policies, IRS records, AMEX Agreements, Policies and procedures, and Cushion Arrangements to satisfy critical support demands and KYC requirements.
  • Guarantee timely completion of cases and adhere to strict deadlines to ensure an improved trader experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical and collaboration skills to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer care.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of American Express products, services, and policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess trader data and make independent decisions.
  • High outcome orientation and ability to meet rigid time constraints.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience with KYC and banking regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
