Position Purpose

As an Analyst - Stock Administration and Benefits Program Management, you'll be responsible for managing the execution of various projects to support the ongoing strategy and delivery of The Home Depot Benefit programs and initiatives in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless project execution, from development and documentation to implementation, while leveraging trend data and past experiences to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage various projects end-to-end, from development and documentation to implementation, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Leverage trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions.
  • Benefits Administration: Work with Benefits Administrators and/or other vendors on resolution of escalated participant issues, plan eligibility, and reporting.
  • Budgeting and Bill Payment: Manage budgeting and bill payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
  • Competitive Analyses: Conduct competitive analyses as needed to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Presentations: Produce presentations for the leadership team, showcasing project updates, results, and recommendations.

  • Manager: Reports to the Manager, Benefits.
  • Direct Reports: No direct reports.

Travel Requirements

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor area, with infrequent and non-objectionable unpleasant conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Age: Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Work Permit: Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
  • Computer Software Skills: Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
