HR Business Partner (HR Generalist II)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Serve as a strategic HRBP for senior leadership in North America commercial teams.
• Provide consultative support to client groups in Talent, Leadership, Culture, and Engagement.
• Contribute to global HRBP projects and initiatives.
• Identify and anticipate HR needs based on business activities and develop solutions.
• Deliver and implement HR strategies that support a high-performing culture.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee relations matters.
• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure consistent application of policies.
• Coordinate the annual North America Talent and Succession Review.
• Lead special HR projects alongside day-to-day HRBP responsibilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
• MBA or HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, or GHPR) preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify optimization opportunities.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a superuser with a Human Capital Platform (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Minimum of 5 years managing HR projects, implementations, or technology launches.
