Design Pickle is seeking a passionate and ambitious Technical Support Engineer to deliver engaging and valuable chatbot solutions for our prospects and clients. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, project leadership, quality, and timely delivery of our chatbot solution. You will also be responsible for expanding integrations with other customer success tools including HubSpot, Intercom, Pendo, and a new customer success tool like Gainsight or ChurnZero. Reports to: Director of Customer Success On a daily basis, works closely with Sales and Product teams. Location: Design Pickle is a fully remote company with a Company Hub in Scottsdale, Arizona. Key Objectives and Responsibilities • Architecting design and technical delivery on multiple projects, including IBM Watson, Pendo, and Intercom. • Optimize and maintain IBM Watson, our chatbot solution. • Collect and share user requirements and feedback with the Product Team to better inform the product roadmap. • Leverage data insights to adjust integrated platforms for client success. • Work directly on client and prospect-based projects and cross-functional development in collaboration with our sales, product, and customer success teams. • Provide support in the form of procedural documentation.
