Key Responsibilities

  • Assist external users of our technical products or services by answering questions, investigating issues, and providing timely resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic and routine technical issues, including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products.
  • Utilize customer experience-focused troubleshooting approaches to de-escalate customer concerns and maximize opportunities to build rapport.
  • Follow established escalation paths to resolve technical issues, including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed.
  • Solve unstructured problems that require extensive conceptual thinking skills and ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures and demonstrating empathy in all interactions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • One year of related technical experience (preferred).
  • A non-Apple, non-Chromebook personal desktop or laptop (bring your own device).
  • Relevant technical expertise related to the program, including working knowledge of hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, and repair (preferred).
  • Courteous and strong customer service orientation, with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable and proficient attention to detail, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software or technologies.
  • Certifications or training in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
