Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot basic and routine technical issues, including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products.
- Utilize customer experience-focused troubleshooting approaches to de-escalate customer concerns and maximize opportunities to build rapport.
- Follow established escalation paths to resolve technical issues, including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed.
- Solve unstructured problems that require extensive conceptual thinking skills and ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- One year of related technical experience (preferred).
- A non-Apple, non-Chromebook personal desktop or laptop (bring your own device).
- Relevant technical expertise related to the program, including working knowledge of hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, and repair (preferred).
- Courteous and strong customer service orientation, with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and proficient attention to detail, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in multi-tasking, with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
