About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative
blithequark is currently seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns.

Essential Qualifications:
