Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Secure new orders from new customers and maintain and expand business with existing clients through effective communication and needs assessment.
  • Identify and Pursue Sales Leads: Compile lists of prospective customers from various sources, develop a call plan, and execute on qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
  • Develop and Present Sales Plans: Assess individual client needs, develop, present, and implement plans to meet those needs, and deliver presentations to customer groups and target customers.
  • Maintain a Strong Market Presence: Attend real estate industry functions, participate in community and real estate events, and collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence.
  • Interact with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations, marketing, and escrow branches to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Communicate Effectively: Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide timely updates, and maintain a high level of visibility in the marketing area.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Residential Title/Real Estate Experience: 2-5 years of successful residential title/real estate industry experience is preferred.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals is essential.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions and demonstrate persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities is crucial.
  • Market Knowledge and Competitive Analysis: Understanding of the market and competition, with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities, is preferred.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are necessary to influence others and drive sales growth.
