About the Role: Center Opening - RBT/ABA Therapist
We're excited to announce immediate openings for RBT/ABA Therapists to join our growing team at Key Autism Services. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with children and families, implementing ABA therapy programs designed to promote positive behavioral change and skill development. Our comprehensive training and support ensure that you'll be equipped to excel in this rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum, under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, using this information to inform treatment plans and drive progress.
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support plans, and execute treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Collaborate closely with your BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy, ensuring the highest quality care.
- Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining a high level of professionalism and dedication.
- Arrive on time and be thoroughly prepared for therapy sessions, demonstrating a commitment to reliability and excellence.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting.
- 1 year of ABA/RBT experience, or equivalent experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
- Auto insurance to travel between clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience using Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plans with youth and families.
- Previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.

- Physical stamina to lift up to 35lbs, bend, kneel, squat, and respond quickly to the movements and behaviors of children.
