[Remote] Client Success Operations Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. QCK is a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in SEO, CRO, and web development services. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Success Operations Coordinator to support the executive team and drive operational efficiency across sales, client success, and marketing.
Responsibilities
• Schedule and coordinate sales calls with prospects.
• Prepare and send sales agreements/contracts.
• Track and organize sales pipeline updates in CRM.
• Assist in client onboarding to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
• Provide assistance to company executives with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Handle scheduling, meeting prep, and follow-ups.
• Assist with posting and scheduling social media content.
• Help manage engagement and basic reporting.
• Coordinating internal team meetings, agendas, and action items.
• Supporting project management by keeping timelines and deliverables on track.
• Updating and maintaining CRM records and dashboards.
• Preparing client success reports and sales/marketing presentations.
• Light copywriting or editing for marketing and sales materials.
• Vendor and partner coordination (as needed).
• Researching industry trends, tools, and competitive insights.
Skills
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in client success, sales support, or operations.
• Experience using HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Slack.
