With a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, we strive to create a workplace culture that is inclusive, collaborative, and supportive of our employees' growth and development. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Network Support Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting network issues, and collaborating with our service providers to ensure seamless service delivery. You will work closely with our team of network engineers, service providers, and customers to resolve network-related issues and improve overall network performance. This is a full-time remote work from home opportunity, and you will be required to work independently with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** * Designs and implements Cisco hardware solutions to meet customer needs * Audits and processes Network Trucks satisfaction demands to ensure timely resolution of customer issues * Supports and cycles Network Trucks project tasks to ensure efficient project delivery * Attends planned training sessions to stay up-to-date with existing and future state network conditions, including Stockroom, Warehouse, Data Center, Local Office, Colocation, and Cloud * Troubleshoots ITIL/Trucks episode, issue, change, information, and request processes to ensure efficient issue resolution * Suggests or carries out enhancements for group cycles and strategies to improve overall network performance * Ensures that occurrence documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and complete to facilitate issue resolution and knowledge sharing * Provides guidance and direction to customers, teams, and other support individuals on day-to-day activities, project drives, sending activities, and support issues * Constructs and maintains positive, cooperative, and effective relationships with customers, teams, and service providers * Responds to clients by identifying issues, investigating replies, and directing clients through restorative advances * Provides essential technical support and ensures consistency to established rules and methods for monitoring performance * Fixes issues in LAN foundation, testing, and designing software * Assesses network performance to improve overall network efficiency * Plans upgrades and support without disrupting business workflow * Provides technical guidance and delivers network framework training to associates * Works with vendors to obtain required equipment for networks and frameworks * Identifies, examines, and settles network exchanging and transmission framework issues while limiting effect on customer service * Separates between primary and secondary network failures * Works the Network Support occurrence line, including opening, focusing on, investigating, following-up, advising, heightening, imparting, reporting, and pulling in extra assets depending on the situation for episode goal * Answers and adds to Network Support hotline calls to support end clients and limit business disturbance * Answers Network Support email requests and demands * Works out Network Support proactive everyday assignment list * Delegates alloted assignments in Smartsheet * Leads and participates in weekly group gatherings * Opens and screens Cisco TAC cases on flawed Cisco hardware and sees the entire way * Reviews and supervises corporate office data storerooms **Requirements** * At least 1-year experience in support-related field or 1-year organization experience with network training * Fundamental understanding of Ethernet, Fiber, Casing Transfer, AVPN, ISDN, Committed IP, and Steering conventions * Fundamental knowledge of network equipment and software, including switches, routers, and wireless controllers * Fundamental understanding of subnetting, VLANs, and network geography * Excellent written/verbal communication skills, phone behavior, and customer service skills * High-level skills in investigating and analysis with episodes and issues * Experience or understanding of ITIL/Trucks episode, issue, change, information, and request processes * Exhibited strong work ethic and positive, mature, professional demeanor * Should be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight * Process-oriented, understands the benefits of processes, and the need for consistency * Ability to explain or convey technical terms to non-technical audiences * Effectively searches for, suggests, or carries out enhancements for group cycles and methods * Should be able to function well under pressure and within time constraints * Imaginative, inventive, and very responsive with a strong need to keep moving * Should be a cooperative person and work helpfully with others sharing thoughts, teaming up, and eventually putting group objectives first * Exhibited strong association abilities to comply with tight time constraints * A strong understanding of Google Suite * Infrequent travel may be required * Willing to support off-hours fill-in as required, including weekends, holidays, and day-in and day-out on standby liabilities on a rotational basis **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1-year Costco distribution center/warehouse tasks insight * Great understanding of Costco business distribution center and warehouse hardware * Essential knowledge of Network checking tools to aid issue assurance and goal * Reading up for or have
