**Why You'll Love This Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Credit Association Operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing and managing customer transactions, including credit card payments, refunds, and other financial transactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and flexible mindset
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or credit association environment
* Knowledge of credit association operations, including credit card processing and financial transactions
* Experience with Episys/Symitar and other financial software systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
