**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient concerns. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, with comprehensive training provided to ensure your success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations
* Answer and document all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills
* Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, printing courtesy claims and itemized statements
* Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information, arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
* Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
* Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications and Experience:**
* Previous experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply
* Experience in customer service or call center environments is an asset
