Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Contribute to building a talent advantage, improving employee effectiveness, and increasing organizational efficiency.
  • Learn from experienced HR professionals and develop essential skills to become a future HR leader.
  • Participate in a four-month internship program accelerating professional development within the Human Resources team.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Second or third year student preparing for a university bachelor's degree or college diploma in human resources management, industrial relations, or business management.
  • Graduation expected in spring 2027 or 2028.
  • Able to work in a Bell office in Toronto or Montreal at least three days a week (hybrid work model).
  • Leadership aptitude with a goal-oriented approach and ability to focus on individual tasks while understanding the big picture.
  • Strong communication skills, able to express clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, and listen to encourage transparent dialogue.
  • Ability to gain trust by demonstrating fairness and respect, foster belonging, and be flexible, responsible, and collaborative.
  • Desire to challenge the status quo and experiment to find solutions that impact Bell customers.
  • Willingness to develop skills and learn from others.
  • Adequate knowledge of French required for positions in Quebec.
