Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about products and services.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services to ensure expertise and confidence in customer interactions.
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer experience and lead generation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred; accuracy and speed are crucial in this role.
- Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required; familiarity with technology and online platforms is a plus.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates multitasking and quick reflexes.
- Experience with CRM software or other customer service tools is a plus.
