Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about products and services.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services to ensure expertise and confidence in customer interactions.
• Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred; accuracy and speed are crucial in this role.
• Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required; familiarity with technology and online platforms is a plus.
