Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services.
- Meet sales objectives as defined by our team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- 6 months customer service experience: You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Over 18 years of age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
- Ability to type 25 wpm: You must be able to type at a speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- High School Graduate or GED: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort with desktop computer system: You must be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
- Proven oral & written communication skills: You must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Logical problem-solving skills: You must be able to think critically and solve problems in a logical and methodical way.
- Availability to work various shifts: You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to use Windows operating systems: You must be able to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills: You must be able to prioritize your work and manage your time effectively.
- 6 months sales experience: You must have at least 6 months of sales experience.
- Able to work independently: You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment: You must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay composed and objective: You must be able to remain calm and composed, even in difficult situations.
- Strong listening skills: You must be able to listen actively and respond appropriately.
- Superior negotiating skills: You must be able to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Connection Requirements: You must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
