Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat, providing accurate and timely information about products and services.
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries, from general dealership questions to specific product and service inquiries.
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services to ensure expertise and accuracy in customer interactions.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and leads.
- Multitask effectively, managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
Requirements and Qualifications:
We're looking for individuals with a strong background in customer service, preferably in retail or the automotive industry, although not necessary. If you possess the following qualifications and skills, we'd love to hear from you:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not required).
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred.
- Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience being a plus.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
Training and Work Requirements:
To ensure your success in this role, we require:
- Attendance at 4 weeks of training, Tuesday through Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM CST.
- Ability to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.
