Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through online chat, providing accurate and timely information about products and services.
• Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries, from general dealership questions to specific product and service inquiries.
• Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services to ensure expertise and accuracy in customer interactions.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and leads.
• Multitask effectively, managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We're looking for individuals with a strong background in customer service, preferably in retail or the automotive industry, although not necessary. If you possess the following qualifications and skills, we'd love to hear from you:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not required).
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience being a plus.

Training and Work Requirements:

To ensure your success in this role, we require:

• Attendance at 4 weeks of training, Tuesday through Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM CST.
• Ability to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
