Role Overview

As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, marketing initiatives, and human resources activities. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in administrative tasks, marketing content creation, and HR support.
What You’ll Do
Content & Marketing Support:
• Develop and schedule engaging LinkedIn and social media content.
• Design basic graphics (using Canva or similar tools) for campaigns and internal use.
• Assist in collecting metrics on marketing campaigns and compiling performance reports.
Administrative Duties:
• Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and handle routine correspondence.
• Maintain documentation, organize files, and track tasks and deadlines.
• Assist in creating newsletters, including drafting content and designing graphics.
• Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth team operations.
Human Resources (HR) Support:
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and basic candidate screening.
• Support onboarding of new hires by preparing orientation materials and collecting required documentation.
• Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
• Contribute to internal HR communications and assist in coordinating staff events.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in admin, marketing, or HR support preferred
• Solid writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
• Interest in HR processes and basic recruitment/talent support.
• Highly organized, able to manage priorities, and proactive problem-solver.
• Available to work up to 20 hours per week
