Your Role as a Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding phone service to all members and potential members, responding to their account inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist members with general service requests, such as opening and closing accounts, financial transactions, problem-solving, plastic card requests, address changes, CDs, and check ordering.
- Educate members on our products and services, including electronic services such as home banking, Anywhere Audio, estatements, bill pay, mobile banking, and website usage.
- Follow up on service requests, complete forms, return phone calls, mail or email requested documentation, and research required to resolve issues.
- Identify transactions, verify funds, account availability, and research requests to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Protect member assets and account information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our strict security protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Higher: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, although a higher level of education may be preferred.
