About the Role
blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to work from home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the retail industry, with the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including phone calls, letters, and emails.
- Resolve difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Document customer and store information into our call tracking system.
- Promote a positive company image to support Customer Service objectives and mission statement.
- Compose personal replies to customer letters and/or emails and maintain assigned reports.
- Update customer addresses for our Loyalty Program and adjust reward points as needed.
- Make sound judgment calls that align with our brand, escalation, and customer service policies for social media customer-related issues.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content.
Essential Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of retail customer service or call center experience and proven conflict management skills.
- Flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PC knowledge.
- Typing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, having experience in social media customer service or having worked in a similar retail environment will be considered an added advantage. Additionally, candidates with experience in using customer service software and having a background in handling customer complaints will be preferred.

Compensation and Perks
The starting pay range for this position is $11.60 to $20.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
