Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team at blithequark. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (EST), and offers a unique chance to work remotely and be part of a supportive and inclusive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services to provide detailed information and support.
- Assist with order tracking, updates, and resolution of customer concerns, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Record all customer interactions in our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer communications.
