Our associates are the heart of our business, and we're committed to providing them with the support, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate at one of our Locker+ retail locations, your duties may include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions they may have * Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site * Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries **Physical Demands** As a Customer Service Associate at one of our Locker+ retail locations, you'll need to be able to perform physical labor, including: * Lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation * Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around * Going up and down stairs (where applicable) **Work Environment** Our Locker+ retail locations are designed to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for our associates. You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and sorting packages.
