Role Summary

As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and will be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. You will be an independent worker who loves solving problems, making people happy, and putting together outfits for friends and strangers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
  • Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to achieve daily interaction goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and brand information to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Access to a consistently stable internet connection
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
  • On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the blithequark brands, customers, and products
  • Stay current with relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with chat and email customer service platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
