Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues to senior teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs, providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluent, near-native level spoken English - You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Availability to work US business hours - You should be available to work during US business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as needed.
