Duties and Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy and Analysis: Develop market strategies informed by customer insights, analyzing data from each segment to understand trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including eCommerce, Logistics, and Product Management, to ensure seamless customer issue escalation and resolution processes.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Operational Experience: At least 3 years of experience in operations or as a contact center agent, with a proven track record of customer satisfaction and process improvement.
  • Digital Communication Skills: Experience in responding to customer inquiries via social media and email, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
