As a Remote Front Desk Receptionist at Dreamscape Destinations, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting clients warmly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, and assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and general assistance.
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and consultations for clients and company executives, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assisting clients with travel bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Addressing client concerns and complaints effectively, providing prompt resolutions and demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the company's database systems.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams, including reservations, operations, and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Preparing and organizing documentation related to bookings, reservations, contracts, and client communications in accordance with company policies.
  • Providing assistance to clients during their travels, offering support with changes, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances as they arise.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
