Role Overview As a Manager, Sales & Ticketing, you will play a critical role in driving sales and ticketing operations for our Broadway and North American visiting productions. This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a scientific self-starter with strong data analysis skills, the ability to understand the story an informational index is telling, and the capacity to make decisions based on that data. Key Responsibilities • Manage data analysis and yield management responsibilities for multiple productions, including Broadway and North American visiting productions. • Perform daily analysis and execution of yield management strategies, including: • Dynamically pricing Broadway productions. • Addressing upset stock. • Determining lottery and special offer allocations. • Conduct weekly analysis, including: • Documenting and reporting on sales pacing. • Revenue forecasting with approach adjustments to agree with changing deal trends. • Market analysis and creation of pricing proposals. • Sales updates to internal stakeholders. • Updating best availability schedules. • Establish starting pricing for single tickets and group sales using various analytical techniques, including analysis of historical and pricing trends. • Present stories derived from data to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership. • Shape latest trends into clear, brief arguments. • Make compelling proposals on deal strategy. Essential Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in the entertainment/theater/sports industry with demonstrated capability in data-driven decision-making. • Strong understanding of and ability to apply yield management and inventory control principles. • High proficiency with Excel. • Attention to detail, including demonstrated ability to quickly identify errors in large datasets. • Working knowledge of at least one ticketing system. • Understanding of the Broadway and North American Visiting Industry. • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior leaders. • Readiness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
