As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be a key member of our team, responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. **What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar environment
* Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
