About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity, based in either Florida or Texas. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, responding to questions and concerns, and finding innovative ways to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing empathetic and personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing clear and concise information to customers
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
  • Upsell products or services as required, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success in this remote role, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:

  • Internet connection requirements: minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required, with the ability to provide documentation of your internet connection speed
  • Clean and quiet workspace, with a dedicated area for working and minimal distractions
