QA Analyst – Mobile Applications

Job Description: • Verify that mobile applications meet business and technical requirements for both iOS and Android platforms. • Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases for feature, regression, compatibility, and performance testing. • Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to ensure high-quality mobile releases. • Perform functional, usability, and exploratory testing on native and hybrid mobile applications. • Automate end-to-end test cases using tools such as Appium, BrowserStack, Playwright (mobile), or similar frameworks. • Validate API integrations between mobile clients and backend services. • Log, track, and report defects using Jira or similar issue-tracking tools. • Provide regular QA status updates and metrics to project stakeholders. • Continuously enhance the QA knowledge base and contribute to best practices for mobile QA. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. • 4+ years of QA experience, including at least 2–3 years focused on mobile application testing. • Strong understanding of mobile testing strategies (manual and automated). • Hands-on experience with Appium, BrowserStack, Xcode, Android Studio, Charles Proxy, Postman, or equivalent tools. • Experience testing in both iOS and Android environments. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Working knowledge of API testing, SQL, and backend validation preferred. • Experience with healthcare or wellness mobile applications is a plus.
