Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and organized Warehouse Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations within our customer distribution center. The successful candidate will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with orders and queries. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing and Customer Service: Process and prepare orders for shipment, contact customers, and provide invoices and packing slips as required. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and verify incoming shipments of film, tools, and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, and perform regular stock counts.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Prepare daily orders for shipment using the UPS World Ship system, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking film, rotating older stock, and storing supplies and tools in designated areas.
  • Return Authorizations and Damaged Goods: Process return authorizations, replace damaged boxes, and deface shipping labels on restocked film.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with answering incoming phone calls, placing orders, invoicing, and handling technical questions from our dealer base.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Quality and Environmental Management: Participate in identifying areas for improvement, writing procedures, and providing input on documented processes. Understand and apply our quality and environmental policies, and participate in internal audits and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data, and participate in external registration and surveillance audits as required.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and Max computer software, to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Related Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or customer service environment.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or sit for extended periods, and walk on a level surface as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Experience in Film Distribution: Experience in the film distribution industry or a related field would be an asset.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Inventory Management Software: Familiarity with inventory management software and systems would be beneficial.
