Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You'll need to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: You'll be able to investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Using CRM Software and Basic Computer Applications: You'll need to be proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer applications.
