Job Overview
In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for supporting our members' drug plans, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls and answer questions from members about their drug plans, health insurance, and prescriptions
- Provide solutions to facilitate treatment and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize computer applications to access member information, research answers to questions, and document interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
- Reliability and compliance with certain standards, including HIPAA regulations
- Patient and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence to members

- Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
