We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Chat Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers via our web-based live chat console, Live Agent. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. - Provide exceptional customer support via our web-based live chat console, Live Agent
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Engage in dynamic conversations that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with our customer experience team to meet individual and company benchmarks
- Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and website features to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized solutions
- Multi-task and prioritize quickly to meet customer needs and expectations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Typing Speed: 75+ WPM (Typing testing at https://www.typingtest.com)
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Critical Thinking: Possess critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Adaptability: Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Career Orientation: Career-oriented and professional
- Experience: Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in multiple languages/bilingual is a plus
