    Senior Product Manager, Web3

    Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-11-09
    • Own the full product lifecycle for critical developer-facing APIs and infrastructure—ensuring products are robust, intuitive, and scalable.
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to define and execute the roadmap for developer and payments tooling across both SaaS (permissioned) and on-chain (permissionless) offerings.
    • Drive technical product discovery and delivery, prioritizing features that enable world-class developer experiences in blockchain, payments, and programmable money.
    • Regularly interface with users and internal teams to gather deep insights and continuously refine product-market fit.
    • Partner with leaders across USDC, CCTP, and ecosystem partners to unlock new use cases for programmable wallets, smart contracts, and developer APIs.
    • Advocate for and help shape the internal product culture: high integrity, future-forward, multistakeholder mindset, and driven by excellence.
    • Thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced team where scrappiness and resourcefulness are crucial for success.
    • Contribute to cross-team calibration—helping identify, vet, and develop top talent for our growing product org.

    Requirements

    A. 8–12 years of experience in product management or technical product roles, with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling API/platform products for developer users (excluding “wallet specialist only” backgrounds).

    B. Significant technical depth: prior experience as a software engineer and/or a degree in computer science (or equivalent). Ability to “speak engineer” and work closely with technical counterparts is mandatory.

    C. Proven success shipping products for developers—ideally developer infrastructure, dev tools, Web3/blockchain, or complex API ecosystems.

    D. Experience building crypto products (preferred), especially in developer-facing or blockchain infrastructure roles.

    E. Strong product sense, execution skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, iterative environments.

    F. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and market curiosity—especially regarding crypto, blockchain, and emerging tech.

    G. Passion for Web3’s mission and capacity to elevate organizational knowledge (educate, evangelize, and innovate).

    Nice to Haves

    • Prior founder, co-founder, or early startup product leadership experience (especially in crypto).
    • Experience building payment, custody, or wallet infrastructure (excluding “wallet specialist only” backgrounds).
    • Track record working across globally distributed, remote-first organizations.

    Benefits

    • Competitive base compensation - up to $240,000 base (flexible)
    • Equity and total compensation packages are highly flexible for the right talent—“comp is not a blocker.”
    • Fully remote, US-based; strong preference for significant overlap with Pacific Time (PT)/West Coast teams.
    • Flat, collaborative organization with high feedback velocity; clear expectation of direct and open communication.
