Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Google Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of information to our clients, driving navigation, and facilitating specific activities. This is an on-site, client-facing position in Virginia, with remote work approved. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Google Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely conveyance of critical information to clients regarding their security or functional conditions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and improve processes.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Google Cloud applications, including data entry, threat intelligence, and incident response.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing data entry role, preferably in the cybersecurity or threat intelligence industry.
  • Proven experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management.
  • A US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
  • Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues.
  • Ability to synthesize raw data from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings.
  • Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to distill complex, ambiguous topics, develop strategies, and influence stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $153,000-$234,000, plus rewards, value, and benefits. Our compensation is determined by job, level, and location. The range shown on each job posting reflects the base and maximum objective for newly added team member pay rates for the position across all US areas. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work area and other factors, including position-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
