At blithequark, you'll work alongside a talented team of passionate individuals who are building new products and services on behalf of our customers. **Job Summary** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages, making sure we put smiles on our customers' faces. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email, responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs * Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience and analyze data to identify areas for improvement * Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully to develop alternative solutions * Effectively communicate with customers, listening and getting clarification, focusing on solving customer needs, maintaining confidentiality, and following policies and procedures * Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views, giving and receiving feedback, and contributing to building a positive team environment * Treat people with respect, inspiring the trust of others, supporting organizational values and goals with integrity, and supporting affirmative action and respecting diversity **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a logistics or delivery environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Basic math skills and ability to accurately process transactions * Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds, and stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a warehouse production environment, with exposure to varying noise levels and temperatures * Familiarity with logistics software and systems, such as Amazon's delivery management platform * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Basic math skills and ability to accurately process transactions * Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds, and stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long * Familiarity with logistics software and systems, such as Amazon's delivery management platform * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
