Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will spearhead the sales of professional services solutions, utilizing a consultative approach to navigate multi-level decision-making environments. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a cross-functional team to develop comprehensive proposals that include technical solutions, financial solutions, and overall cost savings.
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers regarding outcome-based software solutions that drive success in addressing key needs to support their goals.
  • Drafting Statements of Work (SOW) that outline specific tasks, deliverables, timelines, and expectations for a project, clearly defining the scope of work to be performed, including key milestones, acceptance criteria, and payment terms.
  • Effectively articulating and defending our delivery approach and methodology to client stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Developing and demonstrating a strong understanding of the customer's business, identifying where Honeywell can add value through technology, solutions, and resources.
  • Coordinating customer-facing and internal efforts to produce winning value propositions and proposals that secure orders and achieve or exceed targets.
  • Working with our seasoned sales team to leverage best-in-class sales methodology for maximizing sales potential and maintaining current and accurate records of professional services opportunities in our CRM.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 30%.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 8 years of professional services experience in one or more of the following vertical markets: industrial, pharmaceutical, high-tech manufacturing, and medical device.

In addition to the essential qualifications, we value the following:

  • Bachelor's/Technical Degree.
  • Deep understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong relationships and developing a pipeline of opportunities that convert into orders.
  • Ability to articulate the financial benefits of complex projects to key customer stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
  • Proven leadership in guiding technical teams to develop projects that meet unique customer needs and objectives.
  • Polished professional with excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating complex customer landscapes.
  • Consulting Services Experience Preferred.
  • Knowledge of the software validation process in the life sciences industry is preferred.
