Job Summary: Online Chat Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Online Chat Specialist to join our team. As an Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers via online chat software. Your primary goal will be to deliver quick and accurate assistance, ensuring that customers receive prompt and professional service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in online conversations with site visitors, responding to queries and providing timely and accurate support

Qualifications and Skills:

You should be proficient in written and verbal communication, with a strong command of the English language. Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate through smartphone and computer applications, are also essential. Additionally, you should be:
