About the Role

We have a strong need for a Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Servicing Center. This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with us to build a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of Powersports loans. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Process phone payments and conduct outbound customer interview calls to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
  • Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, including payment issues, account inquiries, and other related topics
  • Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus
  • Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with collection experience being a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer support
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master our web-based system of record (LoanPro) – training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and online chat
  • Bi-Lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, with excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude
  • The ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support
