Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their queries, concerns, and issues related to their medications, orders, and overall experience with our services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication with our customers
  • Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach
  • Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or parting with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary, ensuring seamless and efficient issue resolution
  • Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure
  • Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, to ensure our customers have a clear understanding of our services and policies
  • Providing our customers with technical support when navigating blithequark's website, ensuring they can easily access the information and resources they need
  • Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning and development
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, showcasing your ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Hardwired broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload contracted speed, ensuring reliable and efficient communication with our customers
  • Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free of distractions (i.e., barking dogs, television noise, music, children, etc.) and be able to devote full attention to the customer during work hours, ensuring a professional and focused work environment

  • Previous experience in customer service, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations, showcasing your ability to understand and communicate complex information effectively
