If you share our commitment to sustainability and want to be part of a team that's making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **About the Role:** As a Live Chat Specialist - Collections, you'll play a critical role in responding to borrowers via different digital communication channels with delinquent accounts, collecting past due payments, and providing appropriate payment solutions to cure borrower's delinquency. You'll maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer. This is a full-time remote position, and you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:30am to 6pm PST. **Key Responsibilities:** * Communicate with delinquent borrowers via different digital communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone. * Find solutions to help bring borrower's loans to a current status, ensuring timely payments and minimizing delinquency. * Process payments for borrowers with past due payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies. * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals, demonstrating exceptional performance and results-driven attitude. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service. **Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:** * 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections, with a strong understanding of sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools. * Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages that resolve customer issues. * Prior experience with financial products is preferred, but not required. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets. * Team player with a professional demeanor, able to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve common goals. * Bilingual Spanish/English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages. **Compensation & Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate of $16-18 per hour, with a bonus opportunity to increase earnings. * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, on-the-job training, paid time off, referral program, vision insurance, and work-from-home options. * Opportunity to work with a pioneering company that's making a positive impact on the planet. **What We Offer:** * Collaborative work culture that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. * Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for sustainability and customer service. * Comprehensive training and development programs to help you grow and succeed in your career. * Flexible schedule and work-from-home options to balance your work and personal life. * Competitive compensation and benefits package that rewards your hard work and dedication. **How to Apply:** If you're an extraordinary professional who thrives in a collaborative work culture and values a rewarding career, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
