About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR
Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is the perfect blend
of finding amazing talent and supporting our existing team members. You'll be
the heartbeat of our people operations—managing the full recruitment lifecycle
while also handling essential HR functions that keep our culture strong and our
team thriving.

What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the company
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
• Craft compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier talent
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide an exceptional candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and culture fit
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies including social media, job boards, and networking
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve our hiring processes
• Maintain our applicant tracking system and recruitment documentation
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth, welcoming first-day experience
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with extreme attention to detail
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives
• Help maintain our company culture through team engagement activities and a positive attitude
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Process HR-related paperwork including employment verifications and documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about HR policies and procedures
• Support employee offboarding processes when necessary
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or HR roles
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and HR software tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a digital marketing agency or fast-growing startup environment
• Background in both recruiting and HR generalist functions
• Familiarity with remote team management and virtual recruiting
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification (or working toward one)
• Experience recruiting for marketing, sales, or technical roles
